Return and Refund Policy

Luxury Encounters has a customer-friendly return policy for perfumes, allowing returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. If returned between 31 and 60 days, you'll receive online credit for online, local delivery and  pick-pick up returns. Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Condition: Perfumes should be in new or gently used condition. Heavily used items may not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: Essential for processing returns. Without it, returns may be denied.

 Return Methods: You can return using prepaid shipping labels provided. For Orders that were pick up or local delivery contact store owner for in person returns.

  Exceptions: Final sale and ”as is” items are not eligible for returns.
